Golden State PTAC Announces Name Change to APEX Accelerator

The Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP), initially managed by the Defense Logistics Agency, has changed its name to APEX Accelerators. The Golden State Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) will become Golden State APEX Accelerator to align with the program’s name and structural change.
